What can I expect from Verse?

Verse is an immersive exhibition that lives at the intersection of art and technology. It comprises a collection of augmented reality holograms and artwork by top-selling artists from this burgeoning space.

Where is the experience located?

The experience will take place at the Denver Pavilions. The adress is 500 16th St Mall Suite 261, Denver, 80202.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 30 to 60 minutes once in the gallery.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
• On the Fever website
• On site, subject to space at the time.

We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App. It will be possible to purchase tickets on site, but please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange tickets per your request if the request is made at least 7 days in advance. Please make sure to supply our team with your ticket order number, original reservation date, and the date you would prefer to join us. Please contact us for further assistance.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Verse Immersive can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us .

ACCESS

Is this a child-friendly environment? Can children do AR alone?

All ages are welcome. Please keep in mind that children under the age of 13 are expected to be accompanied by an adult. Also, we do not recommend the HoloLens 2 AR devices to be used by guests under the age of 5.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

Ticket holders are granted entry on a first come first served basis.

Is smoking prohibited?

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcohol consumption will not be permitted on site.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately general pets / animals are not permitted in the event space.

Are service dogs allowed?

Working service dogs will be permitted into the space with proper documentation. (We thank you good doggo!)

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Seating is available throughout the event space. We are happy to further accommodate you to the best of our abilities upon request.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms are available on site.

MISCELLANEOUS

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are required within the experience for everyone.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, there is air conditioning in both the gallery and lobby spaces.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Verse Immersive is a visual experience with accessibility taken in high regard. All audio narration can also be read visually in the HoloLens 2 device.

Will there be strobe lights?

Though there are no strobe lights, there are instances that may not be suitable for all photosensitive guests.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

We welcome and encourage photos and videos unless posted otherwise on a piece by piece basis. Some gallery showings may prohibit this. Staff will inform guests of these occurrences.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes. We offer discounts to all military and first responder patrons on ticket purchases. Please contact us for further assistance.

Do we offer carer tickets for free?

Yes. As we continue our vow in creating an accessible metaverse, we are happy to offer carer tickets for free. Please contact us for further assistance.
